POLLON SYSTEMS & CHUBB RELEASE JOBTRACK
15th June 2005 - Australia
TODAY Pollon Systems announced the launch of JobTrack, a software system which will
streamline manual reporting systems relating to job requests across Asia Pacific.
Pollon Systems, a leading provider in Enterprise Mobility Solutions has developed
the software for Chubb Australia, a trusted, quality brand providing total solutions
for security, fire and safety risks. Chubb employs over 11,000 people and has revenues
of $1.1 billion across Australasia.
The JobTrack system simplifies the management of thousands of job requests across
dispersed geographic locations. It does this by allowing for the automatic importing
of roster data via an interactive voice response (IVR) system.
“Chubb is dedicated to the ongoing improvement of its internal processes and JobTrack
is evidence of this. By improving processes used within service level agreements
we can ensure our customers are provided with a consistent and efficient experience”
said Brett MacDonald (Project Manager).
While in its initial release JobTrack will be utilised to improve the work ordering
of specific agreements, Chubb aims to launch JobTrack for all clients who require
work order management.
“We have a long standing relationship with Pollon. Their technology has ensured
Chubb can achieve a competitive advantage in the delivery of service level agreements.
JobTrack will be promoted function unique only to Chubb across the broader marketplace.”
